Since 2012, we’ve been serving Vancouver residents comfort, quality and delicious food through our brick and mortar cafés and offsite catering program. And while some things have changed, our fresh is best approach to food is alive and well. More than ever, we’re excited to bring our amazing menu to share with you, wherever you are.
Browse our catalog of seasonal dinner packages, individual meals, frozen soups, fresh baked pastry, beverages and more. All items are available for pick up seven days a week or delivery Wednesday-Saturday.
Pick Up Orders
All online orders items are available for pick up seven days a week from our Railtown Café, located at 397 Railway Street in Vancouver. We require two full days’ lead time for orders online. For any last minute orders, please call to enquire (604-568-8811). Other orders can be placed in advance up to two months in the future. Pick-ups are available between 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. We are not available for pick-up orders on statutory holidays unless otherwise advertised.
Delivery Orders and Fees
All online orders are available for delivery Wednesday-Saturday. We require two full days’ lead time for orders online. For any last minute orders, please call to enquire (604-568-8811). Other orders can be placed in advance up to two months in the future. Deliveries are made either between 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., or 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., and can be selected at check out. Shorter delivery windows cannot be provided.
If contact or alternate contact is not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the order at front door or concierge if it is deemed safe. In the event we cannot contact the contact(s) or safely deliver the order, we will return it to our Railtown Café and notify you to arrange an alternate delivery or pick up. Second delivery attempts may be subject to additional delivery fees.
Flat rate shipping $20.00 per order, minimum order of $75.00 for delivery, for Vancouver addresses only. For addresses outside of Vancouver, our sales team will be contact for a quote based on the final delivery location.
We accept VISA & Mastercard for online payment. All prices displayed for items listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The applicable taxes for each product (GST, PST or LST) will be detailed at check out. Applicable delivery charges will be listed at check out, and are also subject to applicable taxes. Railtown Café gift cards and loyalty points are not eligible for online purchases.
Privacy and Personal Information
Your personal information is extremely important to Railtown Catering. Rest assured we take all efforts to protect your personal information and online payment details. All online purchases are made individually – personal account creation is not available at this time.
Upon check out, you will be required to provide Railtown Catering with correct personal billing and/or shipping information. Providing any false information is a violation to our Terms of Service.
Your credit card information is stored securely via our online check out platform. Your credit card will be charged upon entering confirmation of services. We do not store your credit information and it is not accessible to any Railtown Catering employees.
We will not disclose any personal information to a third party, unless required by law, or if unless you’ve personally given consent to disclose any information.
Please ensure that before you place you have selected the accurate items and detailed the correct date, billing and delivery information. Upon purchase of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outline your order details pick up or delivery information.
All of our food items are made fresh to order, and in some cases, we may experience a shortage on ingredients or higher than normal order volume for a particular date. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, Railtown Catering team will be in touch to offer a substitution or issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill your purchase.

Any address updates, pick up time changes, food adjustments or order cancellations need to be made over the phone with our Railtown Catering staff. Please contact 604-568-8811 between Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We do not have dedicated staff available Saturday or Sundays for customer service concerns. Any changes to orders less than 72 hours prior to order date may be subject to cancellation fees or full costs.

From time to time, we may offer discount codes for special promotions. All discounts are in Canadian funds and are subject to minimum orders prior to tax or delivery costs. Discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferrable to cafe sales or corporate/event catering. Codes are available for single use only, and may be limited to specific products on our website. Codes can be redeemed by entering coupon code at check out, and cannot be combined with other offers.
