Corporate delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Deliveries are scheduled within a 30-minute window. On Sundays delivery and pick-up orders require a $1,000 minimum spend. Delivery outside of regular hours is available; additional fees will apply based on location. Delivery fees include equipment pick-up on the next business day between 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Please ensure equipment is ready for pick-up. Additional fees will apply for multiple trips. Same day equipment pick-up is available; additional fees will apply.
Orders are available for pick-up from our cafe during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please note our $1000 minimum for Sunday still applies for pick up orders.

We require the minimum lead for the following items:

Monday delivery orders must be placed by 3:00 pm on the previous Friday. For larger orders, advance notice is always appreciated! Custom requests and large volume orders should ideally be placed 1-2 weeks in advance, but we will always do our best to accommodate requests. All orders are subject to availability, we will do our best to accommodate but our kitchen/driving schedule can fill up in advance.
A cancellation notice must be provided at least 24 hours (1 business day) in advance for all cold food delivery orders. Hot food and specialty items require 48 hours (2 business days) notice for cancellation. Canapés require 1 week’s notice for cancellation.
We are pleased to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions to the best of our ability. Railtown Catering is not an allergen free facility, however we will do our best to avoid cross- contamination.*
