Delivery

Corporate delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Deliveries are scheduled within a 30-minute window. Sunday delivery and pick-up orders require a $1,000 minimum spend.

*Delivery outside of regular hours is available; additional fees will apply based on location.

Delivery fees include equipment pick-up on the next business day between 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Please ensure equipment is ready for pick-up. Additional fees will apply for multiple trips. Same day equipment pick-up is available; additional fees will apply.

Pick-up

Orders are available for pick-up from our cafe during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Order Cut-Off  

All orders must be confirmed by 3:00 pm for next-day deliveries. A 48 hour notice is required for hot food, canapés or specialty items. Monday delivery orders must be placed by 3:00 pm on the previous Friday.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation notice must be provided at least 24 hours (1 business day) in advance for all delivery orders. Hot food, canapés and specialty items require 48 hours (2 business days) notice for cancellation.

Allergies

We are pleased to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions. Railtown Catering is not a nut-free facility, however we will do our best to avoid cross- contamination.*

PAYMENT METHODS

Railtown accepts Cheque, Visa or MasterCard payments. Credit card charges over $5,000.00 incur an additional 2% processing fee. We also accept American Express at an additional 3.5% processing fee. A signed credit card authorization form must be on file regardless of your chosen payment option.
